On a conference for two days - only real problem was lack of preparation for serving 100 people at once with tea and coffee. Room small, view onto side street. Very comfortable stay, friendly staff and room clean and tidy. Room was not massive and the decor a little tired. Excellent location for the centre of town. No directions given to the car park which is at the rear of the Hotel. Enjoyed a lovely stay and would certainly return. more

after reading some bad reviews on this hotel we were going to cancel this hotel but am glad we didnt.. the rooms were clean, the food was lovely, staff were helpful, and we felt at 64 euro a nite including breakfast this was great value for a city centre hotel. more

We booked the hotel over the phone, based on location, rates and star rating for our stay at Manchester Pride, and I have never been so disappointed by a hotel, so many things were wrong it was almost comic.
