Good location, with underground car parking - perhaps not best suited for late evening / night / after dark arrival for a single woman traveller. If you are arriving late, make use of the valet parking rather than do it for yourself. Also don't confuse the NCP next door with the private hotel car park - ring reception for access.... More

It's right in the heart of Manchester but very outdated room interior. Price surely doesn't justify as we paid a lot. Staff are very friendly but WiFi isn't free and TV only had 7 channels!!!!! Even my free view box gets more channels than this, totally unacceptable.

At the time of my visit the hotel is about to undergo a major renovation. This should help as the existing quality of the rooms are really showing their age.
