This has to be seen to be believed, but PLEASE take my word for it!!! On the outside the hotel looks ok, on the inside is VERY different, The reception is untidy, unclean and very unprofessional looking, the guy behind the counter is rude and at least should be wearing a mask when he robs you £60 per night ,Dick... more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Its scruffy stuffy and really Depressing, Book a travelodge which could be cheaper and you can take a shower without having to leave your shoes on. Its really vile HONESTLY. Its relly noisy to being on a main road. PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here. more

I can honestly say that I have never stayed in a "hotel" like this one. It is in quite a dodgy area and me and my friends felt quite scared to be walking around (glad there was 7 of us)! The rooms are terrible. If I had been staying for more than one night I would have left and checked... more

Great plumbing! Which is saying a lot, because every other place we stayed had problematic toilets or angry showers. Excellent concierge, very helpful. Let us store our bags, offered us snacks and suggested nice places to go and gave us a map! Classy! Spacious room, not aesthetically pleasing but value for money. Bathroom small but nice. Nice breakfast, more than... more

This hotel was well better than we expected. The room was large (there were three adults), the beds were comfy, towels were fluffy and white and all were very very clean. Breakfast was very good even without the hot food we British like. There were cereals, toast, croissants, jam, butter, fresh fruit, fruit juice, meat and cheese, coffee or tea... more

Yo Dudes, The hotel is a quite a tacky one but for the price you can't complain. You won't find may places cheaper and they had a triple room which not all hotels have. The room needed a bit of work but it was clean and tidy, which is all I care about. The staff were friendly enough. Cheers Chris more

Having stayed in this hotel in may 2006 during a visit to manchester to see Girls Aloud at the M.E.N. Arena i can honestly advise people to steer well clear of this establishment. The welcome was none exsistent and the room was dusty throughout, had a grubby carpet and a blown lightbulb. To add to this the main window in... more

I recently stayed at the copperheads hotel in order to attend a concert at the MEN Arena with a friend. i have also currently read the reviews for it and have now to disagree. the hotel has recently been refurbished and although it isn't top of the range when we arrived we were greeted immeadiatley and politely. The room was... more

Arrived at the Copperheads after a 3 hour delay on a nightmare journey from London, with only 45 minutes to spare before needing to be at the theatre in Salford Quays. The place appeared to be deserted - all the doors were locked - it took 5 minutes of hammering on the door, ringing the bell, and eventually telephoning, before... more
