I spent 2 nights in the Arora Hotel at the end of October and had a great experience staying there. STAFF: We arrived on an early flight from Dublin and were hoping to just drop off our bags in the hotel as it was 9am and go off exploring. The hotel reception staff had our room ready for us and... more

Good location close to chinatown and walking distance from Deansgate and the shops. The staff were lovely and probably the friendliest I've ever encountered. We were put into one of the Cliff Richard themed rooms.....turns out that the bachelor boy part-owns the hotel. We suspended our disbelief and got used to posters of Cliff in Summer Holiday gazing at us... more

I have to have brightness so I rang reception to be told they were full & couldn't move rooms so I went down to reception and literally had to plead and... more

We stay at this hotel for our anniversary every year and again it was perfect. The staff on arrival are friendly and helpful. This year we drove and got 24 hr parking for £15 in the next street at a secure carpark and paid for this at the hotel. The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay, they... more

At a humble £69 for B&B in a premier king room this hotel was outstanding value. Large room, nicely finished, in centre of town. Best scrambled eggs ever and the most helpful and friendly reception staff imaginable. Go there. No need to worry. more
