Hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside is a totally different story. The reception staff were nice on check-in, and the foyer was in ok condition. Although the hotel isn't central there is an excellent bus service. The stop is practically at the gate and a ticket which allows unlimited local travel on any bus service is £4.30. The room was comfortable, if on the small side. Staff were freindly and efficient. For me, the location was great (literally over the road from the customer I was visiting). This hotel is in a dodgy part of Manchester, has been constructed without a thought for soundproofing and is a place you should only stay if you really, really have to!
