Stayed there on route to Southern France. Price was unbeatable, apparently since the European Parliament was not in town (during plenary sessions rates skyrocket I was told). However, what you get is a concrete block with rather anynomous rooms. Breakfast was good, even had the chance to sit outside. The hotel is somewhat outside the old town and obivously amining... We got a fantastic deal under €100 for a beautiful room with a view to the Altstadt church in the distance. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself quite substantial. The breakfast buffet was well above average with plenty of juices, breads and typical bacon/sausage/pancakes type offerings. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it's well located... More

The Hilton is very comfortable: the room was good-sized, though the TV was not flat-screen. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. There is no swimming pool. During the one week a month when the European Parliament meets in Strasbourg, prices are very high. From the Monday evening before the EP arrived to the Tuesday when it had,... More

This hotel makes use of the monopoly Strasbourg hotels have when the European Parliament is in session. Internet connection costs 25 euros; the coffee at breakfast is terrible; the rooms still have those 1980s televisions; the noise from the room next door (through the wooden connecting door) prevents you from sleeping. Reserved a New Year's package for our first visit to Strasbourg. Although the hotel is in a nice location with a Tram stop only a 5 minute walk away, it seems to be stuck in the past. The hotel rooms are outdated – with worn carpet and old TVs. We stayed on the Executive level and enjoyed the convenience of... More

Great room with great service. Problem was wi-fi is extra 10euros for an hour which is ridiculous. Also breakfast is 24euro per person. Location is pretty good 5 mins from a tram station. If you just want a room with no add ons this is great value but as soon as you start wanting more at the hilton you have... More

A little hard to find, especially when you get off the Tram you see the Holiday Inn right away and don’t see the Hilton. We thought maybe it was the same thing, but then we walked a little bit straight and to the left and found the Hilton. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (after check in time) and... More

We went to Strasbourg to see the Christmas markets. The hotel location is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from the tramway station that take you to the heart of the action. Upon arrival we got upgraded to an executive room with lounge acces. As previously stated, the furnitures in the rooms take you back to the 80s, the... More

Stayed here when visiting Xmas markets in Strasbourg. The tram was right outside the hotel and it took us straight in to the markets. Hotel was clean, room was large and comfortable and buffet breakfast was good. A pleasant stay all round and would recommend. More

Due for a refurbishment hopefully. Staffing appeared short handed as 2 receptionists seemed overwhelmed upon our arrival. First time I've arrived at a Hilton and there was no concierge or porter staff to welcome you or carry your bags. Cost cutting evident, in the foyer, magazine/paper racks empty. Room was clean but sparse, minimal toiletries and towels. No slippers or... More
