While in an ideal location, the Hotel Cap Europe was a real disapointment. The room was filthy. The lights were burned out and the room decor was incredibly depressing. The rates were far too expensive for such a low-budget atmosphere. I'm certain the youth hostel would have provided a much more comfortable and welcoming environment. more
