Booked this hotel as part of a travel package for the Medoc Marathon. Location was a few blocks removed from the old town in a commercial district. Not the prettiest area but a short walk to the old town and near a supermarket. Rooms were very small but redone and nice common spaces. more

Staff were unfriendly, arrogant and unhelpful. Appliances were dangerous, bedding had stains, room was not made up each day.
