We stayed here for a few days over Easter, and had a fanatic time. The house has been converted by an architect, to convert a traditional town house into a characterful space. Artfully decorated, there is plenty of space to stay, and importantly, a clean and comfy bed! You'll find the host couple to be the essence of charm and... More

A lovely and charming little place with beautiful rooms and excellent hosts. We stayed in the attic, which was very cozy and romantic. The hosts were very helpful and kind and they also offer a fresh breakfast (be sure to try the homemade cakes, and remember to drink the coffee out of the big cups) :). Location is great, close... Everything about this B&B is perfect! The building is a stunning old townhouse, full of rustic french charm, beautifully decorated and extended. We stayed in the top room, which is just a lovely as the rest of the house, with a big comfy bed, exposed stone walls and massive bath! The owners are great, full of recommendations for places to... We loved our stay at Libertad and Pierre at La Maison des Vignes. We only had one day to visit Bordeaux, their B&B location is ideal to have quick and easy access to the beautiful river front and the historical city centre! The warm welcome and unique deco style at La Maison des Vignes, really made our experience in Bordeaux... More

Tucked away on a sleepy, ancient street, Maison des Vignes is a modern style B&B built into a 300 year old house near the river in Bordeaux. There are two rooms available, we stayed in the more expensive one which was spacious, stylish, airy and had a lovely en-suite bathroom. Libertad and Pierre do a fantastic job of breakfast each... We have just returned from 3 nights staying with Libertad and Pierre on the top floor. The bed was so comfortable but it was very hot and because the bed and breakfast is amongst other buildings there's no air so it was very uncomfortable in the heat at night but we made Libertad aware and the next night she bought... Thank you, tripadvisors! I booked three nights with Libertad on your recommendations and it was my nicest stay in three weeks (8 different places) in France. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great hosts and omg the food! I have a gluten allergy and so I told Libertad the first night that I wouldn't need any croissants. The first morning she had... More

We spent a couple of nights here and were really happy that we'd chosen this place rather than a souless hotel. We stayed in the top floor room which was spacious and beautifully decorated - every individual piece was lovely. It's up quite a few stairs though so if you've got big, heavy suitcases it may be a bit of... More

We decided on this accommodation based on the Tripadvisor reviews and we must say we were not disappointed. The accommodation, rooms, hosts and food were all first class. The location is perfect being very central and within walking distance to everything and yet in a quiet side street location. We cannot recommend highly I enough and look forward to the... More
