A very comfortable stay in a superior room. Perhaps the only downside was that the staff of the adjacent 'Grand Hotel de Bordeaux' took their smoking breaks opposite our hotel. Although they never disturbed us, an open window would draw in their smoke. Certainly not the fault of Best Western - perhaps someone should speak to the Grand Hotel management.

We stayed here 4 nights and were upgraded to a larger room which was appreciated. Room was nice and clean on arrival and serviced well every day. The service from the reception staff was great. Line and Chloe were very friendly and helped answer all of our stupid questions. It's in a great location right near the main shopping streets.... More

The hotel is splendidly placed- couldn't be better...near many of the sights, close to the helpful toursit office and to some useful tram routes. I cannot agree with 'Lancaster Traveler' about this being a 'boutique' hotel, as 'boutique' to me implies a degree of luxury, nor can I agree about the 'lovely breakfast room and breakfast', but can endorse the comment about the 'friendly and excellent front desk reception staff' and totally agree that its central location couldn't be more convenient to the heart...
