My husband and I had been booked with Kate for months but just before we left Australia we saw the very negative review with pictures and we were very nervous about staying at Camont. Now would I agree that "Camont is messy and cluttered and in need of some running repairs.....probably. Do I think the electrical arrangements around the washing... more

What a wonderful property in Southwest France. My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary there for a long weekend and had a very memorable experience. The property consists of a farmhouse and several gardens on the banks of the canal. There was a boules (petanque) court where we enjoyed playing games at sunset. Our family's time at Camont was magical -- and everyone's favorite part of a two week trip to France. We had fallen in love with web pictures of the house and grounds, but it was more even more idyllic than we had envisioned.
