We stayed one night in this apartment hotel. It's a studio with small kitchen, toilet, shower and room with twin beds and TV. There 's no air-conditioning so we left the window open. Gives some noise of the street and construction area. You can park inside but little narrow. Touched a pillar :( with my car. Breakfast very basic. Payed... More

We loved this place. The ability to cook with a supermarket auchan within 5 mins walking distance makes this place a perfect spot. Bordeaux city centre is small and when you are done sightseeing its nice to return to a place like an apartment

The Meriadeck is one of those civic projects that tore down a huge chunk of the west part of Old Bordeaux in the 1960s and 1970s to put up a "City of the Future" kind of community. Does it work? Not particularly. But the oasis in all this is the Citadines, which is a residence hotel (which means you don't... More

I stayed here for two weeks in summer. As a solo female I felt quite unsafe getting to the building at night. There is a park beside it that isn't very well lit and the surrounding buildings all felt a bit like housing commission blocks. During the week days it is fine as the shopping centre across the square is... More

We stayed one night at this hotel recently as we were going to a concert at the Patinoire. It was really reasonably priced (about 50 euros for a studio plus 10 euros for parking). Everything worked well; reception was efficient, the room was clean and equipped as advertised, parking was handy (though the spaces are a bit tight!) and it... More

We made the mistake to book this aparthotel in August, which is not a very bright idea since they don't have air condition. If the weather is hot, the apartments and studios get extremely hot. After one night, we had to move to another hotel nearby. If it's not the summer, this might be an acceptable option. If it is... More

Good location close to all of the attractions in central Bordeaux, pity it felt as if we were staying in the middle of a housing commission estate with poor lighting, and barren park land around the block - a little bit intimidating at night. Apartment itself was clean and warm though a little basic. Reception staff polite and helpful. Good... More

If your next expecting great things from this hotel, you will not be disappointed for paying $96 Euro per night. We stayed in room 714 on the 7th floor in a twin room with a balcony. The bathroom was clean and function, the beds comfortable, linens clean and small kitchenette was functional. The upside to this hotel is its proximity... More

We only stayed here because the Adagio was full, never again. It's obvious why the Adagio ranks so highly, and the Citadines so lowly,in Bordeaux. The receptionist at check-in was one of those people who obviously don't enjoy their work. I spoke in passable French, but he immediately adopted that smug and supercilious attitude that fortunately is much less common in France than... More

I stayed for three nights in this establishment. My travel agent suggested it as it's price, for an apartment, was the same as a hotel room. There is a reason for this. I thought it was very tired - the carpets and floors were stained and the couch was so stained I didn't want to sit on it without a... More
