We booked Hotel Boulan because it was recommended by Lonely Planet and we were on a tight budget and 35 euros seemed to be a good price. Stayed at Hotel Boulan from the 8th - 11th September during the recent Ireland -v- Namibia world cup rugby match. The only positive was its location. It was in the city centre and next door to an Irish bar (which was perfect for the weekend that was in it). The rooms varied. Some of the rooms had no unsuite bathroom... more
