When we turned up at the hotel, the man behind the desk was very friendly. He helped us with our bags, and let us keep valubles behind the desk with him while we wondered around town before check in.

Rooms were very clean and we were happy with our rooms.

on departure, another man was behind the counter. i gave in my key and then waited for my two other friends to come down the lift with their key. he had gone into the breakfast room at this point. although it was early, we werent aware that there were 2 guests on the ground floor, so she rang the bell. he came running and informed us that there were 2 bedrooms on the ground floor that were occupied, but could see we werent aware of this, so he was fine.

as we wheeled our cases down the steps (too heavy to lift) he came running to us and shouted as us saying we were being too loud. he picked up all our cases and rushed them down the steps with a very angry manner. He was very rude and threatening for a group... more
