great hotel 10 mins walk to town on a quiet steet.we had a prestige room with large terrace/balcony help full staff. just been done up so very clean and new .there is also a bus stop next to the hotel to town and airport but as there were 4 of us we got the taxi to the airport for 12... more
On our arrival the very friendly and courteous owners met us. When they were booking us in their Manager took out a map of Biarritz and highlighted where we were and the way to the beach and town centre and the other tourist attractions. Just got back from a long weekend in Biarritz and stayed at the Best Western Kemaris. We arrived at 11am -ish which was c 4 hours before check in but the manager couldnt have been any nicer letting us change and leave our bags with him and then also getting us into the full car park!
