This is a small family run hotel but what makes it so wonderful is the family/staff. They were extremely helpful in making our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast room is big, bright and cheery with very sweet wait staff. And the location near the sea, the city, the restaurants and the casino couldn't be better.

We loved our stay at the Bel Air. Our only suggestion is that they need to upgrade their wireless Internet service? We needed to be in contact with our children in South Africa, which was very difficult as the Internet was sporadic

We called on spec at this hotel when we found ourselves in Saint Jean de Luz at the end of our road trip around Europe. we stayed at many place during our trip but this was our favourite. Loads of character exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and in a great position. coudn't have found beter and really good value too.

Brilliant place to stay. the saff are so helpful and speak English, if you wish. We always have room 7. First floor with large balcony overlooking the sea. Heavenly.

Villa Bel Air is a small family run hotel right on the beach front. Same family for four generations. The service in all respects was excellent.
