Right in the middle of town - Satnav took us straight there - no problem. Very friendly and heplful receptionist who spoke excellent English and hardly allowed us to use our French! On arrival we received a welcoming and good humoured greeting. Our room was spacious and beyond our expectations. Until now I have tended to avoid chain hotels but my experience at the All Seasons in Le Puy en Velay has given me pause for thought.
