We wanted a hotel near the station in Rennes for an unexpected night's stay after our campervan broke down. This was very much a business hotel rather than a tourist one. Our room was small but acceptable, and very clean and smart with a good bathroom. It looked out on a busy road but double glazing kept the traffic noise down to an acceptable level. The staff were pleasant, especially the lady who presided over breakfast - she even greeted us by name! The breakfast was a reasonable buffet. All in all, this was perfectly acceptable and was exactly what you would expect of a good value economy business hotel. more
