Stayed here while visiting my son who was studying in Rennes. Very nice, clean, hotel but rather boring decor. Reminded me of chain hotels in U.S. such as Hampton Inn. Seemed like a great business hotel but if you are looking to experience the charm of Brittany, I'd check out something else. Staff was satisfactory, but not welcoming. Breakfast was... more

We found the Anne de Bretagne a sufficient hotel for our short stay. The room was comfortable and adequately equipped, the hotel staff friendly, and the breakfast reasonable. We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The desk staff were indeed helpful and spoke very good English. The room was large by French standards and well-equipped, e.g., small table and chairs, mini-fridge, cable TV with some international channels.
