Our room was loud and had a dumpy appearance. We could hear our upstairs neighbor's every step. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the (only) two wall light fixtures, shabby bedding and no air conditioning. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean but the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to say the least. Ok for a night but we went for 3. There are cheaper hotels outside the wall which are only 10 mins walking distance. Its safe to walk outside and there are loads of street lamps. more

This hotel is right in the heart of the old town - which is a double edged sword. Ideally located for shops, restaurants, scenic walks etc. but a nightmare if you want a good night's sleep.
