hotel itself was lovely. female receptionist at front desk was rude. we were only there one night. wanted to get breakfast in mornning.. threw a plate down with no silverware and seemed annoyed to make the coffee. she needs to be in an office somewhere away from people. was just myself and my teen daughter...made us feel very unwelcome...first time...
