We had a small but adequate room in this hotel for a couple of nights and we found the staff friendly and helpful and the location, although about 20 minutes walk from the station, was only a short walk from the historic centre of dijon. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in October on the way to Reims, the 3 rd floor room was dirty, cramped and airless. The room was nothing like the pictured rooms. We travelled to this hotel on 30th September and first impressions are okay. The Receptionist was quite helpful and we were booked in fairly quickly. Hi We stays there 2 nights in June 11. We were on the 3rd floor. The room was globally ok but the carpet was not that clean. Very small window. Those rooms would need to be renovated especially the bathroom. Positive point the air conditioning (it was 39 degrees those delays). Breakfast is pretty bad, go in any café instead. More

The hotel is part of the Exclusive Hotels network, but I didn't find anything exclusive about it, except for the on-site restaurant (which had 3-digit prices for menus including wine pairing) and the named rooms - all rooms are named after French noblemen/noblewomen.
