Location good as close to city and on tram line. In an old area that looks like it is in the process of being renovated but not there yet. Building needs a little maintenance - rooms looked tired and curtains and bedcovers needed cleaning.

The place is new and a low cost functional hotel appealing to a broad customer base. The tram was outside the rear of the building. I got there far too late to go out but I got the impression that there wasn't too much around ie restaurants etc nevertheless I will go back because the room was large and comfortable.
