The room is a standard motel room - however it's weirdly arranged. The door self-locks but I prefer to have a physical lock from inside the room.

As it's a motel, the room gives directly on the outside - the heating is electric and ok. The bathroom is new though the light switches are not on usual places.

The food in the restaurant is good and there are large buffets for starters and desserts.

*I* think the big cons are:
- the hotel is lost in the industrial zone - there is *nothing* (and I mean it) to do if you don't have a car and intend to have a trip to Orleans (~10-15km)
- the maintenance was just fair and disappointing for a room this price(1 light bulb dead, the chain locker on the door was broken)
- the wifi they advertise on their websites is indeed available at a pay-per-use-rip-off rate - *I* do believe 10EUR for 3 hours on a 802.11B (yes B !) hotspot is theft.
