We have now stayed at L'adresse four times over the past two years and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Tours. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Old Town, the rooms are spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful, and their wonderful breakfast is the perfect way to start a day of touring. Stayed at hotel one night. Very cute reception/breakfast room. staff helpful. Rooms very small but spotlessly clean and very minimalist. Be prepared to climb stairs (no lift). I chose this hotel based upon Trip Advisor reviews, and boy was I duped! Hotel L'address slogan is the "hotel with charme". I believe the slogan the "hotel with smarm" is far more fitting. We had a vry bad experience last month. We had a very noisy room and it was impossible to sleep befor 2:30 am! The room was very cold not more than 15° and in the morning the breakfast room was also very cold, as the girl in charge of breakfast told us that she didn't know how the air conditionning... more

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel L’Adresse to break up a journey from Calais down to Aquitaine. I was surprised how well priced the room was (70 Euro) compared with what you would pay in Britain. The room was very modern, clean and quiet. It had an old opened beamed roof which was a nice bit of character.... more
