This small hotel is located just outside the city center of Reims and we stayed two nights. It was clean, with an average sized sleeping area, smallish bathroom with a really small shower. The pictures on the website are exactly what you get. Functionality for a great value. The reception was friendly when we checked in and they were able to provide a map of the area. You are provided an access code in case you return after hours and there is free on-site parking. As we have found is common throughout our trip to France, the hallway lights have to be turned on when you enter the hallway.
The breakfast was really excellent with as much coffee as you can drink made by a nifty little machine that makes individual cups. There were cheeses, meats, breads, cereal, yogurt, fruit. We didn't get to try the restaurant beyond the breakfast.
