Rather an odd little hotel. Plus points are that it has some character, and that it is central - only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Troyes. The bathroom in my room looked like it had recently been redecorated (to a good standard) so there's obviously some love and care being put into the place. However the negatives... more
This hotel is very run down and is located in a bad part of Troyes. The rooms were located up steep stairs and there was street noise all night. more
We stayed at the Arlequin for 1 night (breaking up a trip from the UK back to Switzerland) with our 2 children aged 4 and 2. I booked from the hotel website based on it's location and price. We stayed for one night at the Arlequin in the same quad room shown on the photos in another review. It was clean, spacious and friendly. A great stopover hotel on the way down south, about 4 - 5 hours drive from the ferry in Dunkerque. There is a carpark (free overnight between 2000 and 0800 I think) about 2... more
Troyes is a charming stopover when travelling to Paris. And Arleqin a realloy pleasant Hotel! Perfectly located, nice, spacious rooms, pleasant bathrooms, and free Wifi!! Better than any 3 star hotel in Paris. more
We arrived on a Sunday, and the town was dead. Most things were closed - including the hotel! They opened again at 6 and we were able to check in. The hotel looks run down from the front and lobby, not as cute as it does on their web site. The web site is well done, and it has pictures... more
A good hotel in a convenient location for the old town. It was very adequate for a budget hotel. Rooms on the 1st floor appeared to be much nicer than the 2nd floor. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone staying in Troyes. more
