We stayed at the Palm-Beach for two nights and in contrast to the reviewer from London, we found the service by all the staff to be very friendly and polite. The rooms were spotlessly clean albeit rather small and basic. I'd say they'd been furnished quite recently - possibly from a well known chain of Swedish flat-pack furniture stores! However,... more

From what I had seen on the website I was very much looking forward to staying at this hotel. I was disappointed from the very start.
