Our experience at the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds. The bathroom a was little dated but I enjoyed the old hair dryer as it was interesting. Worked fine too! The staff were very polite and helpful with our questions and concerns. The hotel is also a 3 minute walk to the metro that takes you anywhere you need to go (ofcourse with connections depending on the destination), and close to boulangeries for breakfast or a fresh croissant. Would stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great location near metro (13), great staff. The hotel was clean (cleaning every day carefully) and hot. Even Paris was cold at nights, our room was always warm. The breakfast was awesome, included parisienne concept. The staff was helpful. I absolutely recommend to stay at this hotel for Paris trip.

from the moment we stepped into the room, we realised that the hotel is not really worth the money. Room was very dirty and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was the worst i have ever tried in my life. we knew that we were going to a budget hotel, however for the first time we felt that we should have paid a little more for something at least clean. Fun fact: the hotel sent me an Email asking for feedback but they never replied back just for a typical Thank you email.

A 7 minute walk to St. Lazare, this hotel met my three rules: clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. In fact, the rain shower was amazing and the room was larger than expected. The breakfast was below average and limited.

I love the location of New Hotel Ooera. Minutes away is the Liège Metro. There’s a bakery (boulangerie) at the end of the street that is so nice! There’s bus stops nearby also to appreciate this part of the city. I would stay here if I come back. Everything worked.

We had no complaints about New Hotel Opera. The staff were very kind to let us check in early, so we could shower and grab a quick nap after our long, sleepless flight. The room, I think it was #32, was large enough, as we were only traveling with carry-ons, and the bathroom (by Paris standards) was pleasantly spacious, which we appreciated. I also appreciated having a Metro stop at the end of the block, and plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby. They were also kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage with them after we had checked out of the room, as we had a train in the evening and didn't want to drag our luggage around. All in all, a satisfying stay.

We were in Paris 10 nights. The room is big enough. 2 windows and one more in the bathroom. Internet, television and refrigerator. Numbers require updating, but not critical. breakfast in the hotel is good. Server it from 7 to 12. The hotel has a good location. 10 minutes to the Opera. Near Montmartre. The street is quiet. Near is full of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are several small shops and a fairly large Auchan. The service staff is friendly and always ready to help. For Paris, a very good combination of price and quality. If they make repairs in the rooms, it will be generally excellent!

For a Parisian Hotel it’s not too bad. Room was (not typical for Hotels in PARIS 😉) big enough with a private separate WC and a bathroom. Also a small fridge (minibar size) was provided. It’s old fashioned but this is typical for low priced hotels in the middle of the city. Nearby (3 min walk) Metro station. Payed 81 € / night - breakfast excluded.

this is not a bad adress by parisian standards.the price is ok but it was a good idea to pick the room on the 7 th floor.why: because it is large and has an enormous bathroom with a walk in shower.it is very quiet.the only downside is the wooden floor that needs to be repaired and the velux window that seems blocked.breakfast is ok and if you are not a big eater go next door to the bistrot and you will eat for half of the price.staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the new hotel opera. The staff was helpful, room was clean and plenty of choices for breakfast. Yes a few parts look a bit outdated but we didn’t come to Paris to look at hotel furniture! It was nice to have a fridge in the room just to keep our bottled water and fruit fresh and cool. Yes it does get a bit noisy with traffic but after walking around Paris all day it didn’t stop us from falling asleep :) I would recommend staying at this hotel.
