The Staff were more than helpful in accomodating us for the two extra nights that the travel agent stuffed up. The man at the front desk was very nice and made us feel more than welcome. I stayed at this poor excuse for a hotel in April 2009. I had already stayed in two other hotels in Paris that month so i can fairly say it is terrible.
