Upon arriving to this hotel at 7am, after a 24 hour flight from Australia, we were told to go and occupy ourselves for 6 hours until we could check in! One word - horrendous! Please avoid this hotel. I wish we had. One receptionist downright rude. She needs a personality transplant! Not welcoming in the slightest. Room tiny and very grubby. I was bitterly disapointed with this bedsit! We picked this hotel because the pictures on the net made it look quaint but welcoming, what a sham! Its located down a noisy, dirty back alley! The rooms were furnished like a cheap motel. The WiFi never worked. They were short on towels every day. The staff was rude and unhelpful. more
