I've been there with coleagues in spring 2009.
The hotel is located in a small street but within walking distance from the Grand Boulevards and the Opera. In the "quartier" you can find small restaurants coffee shops and casual stores. It's a quite popular area, very colourfull and alive. That's something i really liked. The hotel was rather basic, clean but the rooms were quite small and the public areas (lounge/reception) were really tiny. Anyway that was not a problem for me when i'm in Paris either for business or leisure i don't spent much time in the hotel. I would recommend it for solo travellers who want a low budget accommodation in the center but not really for famillies or older people.
