A very nice hotel and a first class experience. GREAT location as it is across the street from the beautiful opera house, just 2 blocks from the Plaza Vendome and 3 blocks from the Plaza Madeliene. Less than 10 min walk to the Louvre. Closely located to dept store shopping and high end shopping Very professional staff and great concierge service. The concierge desk always had 2-3 staff members at the desk who were very knowledgeable. We booked a deluxe room and upon arrival, they upgraded us (without us even asking) to a suite b/c that was the first available room since we arrived early. Room was beautifully appointed, large and with a spacious marble bathroom. Hotel has a beautiful atrium area for drinks and coffee. We would definitely stay again! more
