During my stay in Paris I stayed in 3 hotel and of the three this had a smallest room and has been the most expensive. (Just for the notice - One of my other hotels was beside Arc de Triumphe.) Tripadvisor is indicating this Hotel as one of the top 30 in Paris. I absolutely dont agree, I dont want to say that it is a bad hotel, but nothing special, really. I've never reviewed a hotel before, but felt duty bound to following our stay here. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. I'm already planning my next visit! more

Swiss owned, great location, better service, well maintained, clean, comfortable, efficient, friendly (bonjour Sandra) and a top value for Paris. The breakfast buffet is an equal value if you are looking for a quick start to your day. Checking in on a Thursday; a strong indicator of the value was the number of French business men checking out Friday morning. more

Every staff was very friendly and kind.The room is not large, but it's clean and comfortable enough, especially when considering the rate of this hotel. The manager and all the personnel were very kind and helpfull. The rooms, recently renovated, were clean and spacious enough (remember it is located in the centre of the city) Maybe for breakfast there should be a larger choice of products. more

The desk clerks were pleasant & helpful. They held our luggage until check in time and loaned us umbrellas when it rained. The hotel is pretty, comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable.
