We enjoyed very much the presentations of the duet who performed continuously and tirelessly @ Paris Le Marais. It was merely a coincidence that we could watch such a great performance with their beautiful songs and graceful dances.

We decided to stay in Le Marais on this visit to Paris, having stayed in the Latin Quarter on the previous two visits. We wanted to stay in a quieter area than can be found in the Latin Quarter, which turned out to be the case. Rue De Le Bretagne turned out to be a street where all the action was, in fine form. Patisseries, Boulangeries, and Brasseries in ample supply and full of activity and fun. We would up thinking that maybe we’d stay in the Latin Quarter again the next time in Paris, because Le Marais while it has a lot to offer is perhaps too residential and not as lively as the Latin Quarter, which can of course be a little too lively. Take your pick for what suits your temperament best. Both are nice and relatively affordable. For exploring Le Marais, the museums, the operas, Notre Dame, or the Latin Quarter, it’s a great location. …

Beautiful!!! Paris is just a wonderful view of architecture, arts, and a boheme life n the streets. Visit the Eiffel Tower and be sure to see it at night, too. We use the Hopon-Hopoff buses that took us all around the city. But Uber is fantastic.

Le Marais district is what you must experience in Paris. Stayed in London, Paris, and Amsterdam. Only regret was that the most time should have been allocated to Le Marais. Location was a great starting place to take in Paris and experience the rich history of the most beautiful city in the world

I love coming back here again and again. It is a lovely spot to shop, tour or just sit and drink coffee. I am a writer and it was raining so I sat, wrote and enjoyed café as lait! Solo or with family it's an awesome spot near Place des Vosges and the beautiful jardin de l'hôtel Sully.

such a fantastic bohemian area, anything from great shops to wonderful family owned hotels. not to forget the great nightlife. Le Marais is known for its free spirited nightlife with gay bars aplenty. if you fancy something more relax and more of a cafe type then you won't be dissapointed.

Le Marais is one of the essential walking tours of Paris. All the major guidebooks describe great pathways. Take them. The Place des Voges is a trip - Victor Hugo's hang out. Wonderful bistro on almost every corner. The French have the concept of "le Flaneur" the seedy old dude in a moth eaten sweater with a Galouse cig pointing out of his mouth just maundering from street to street observing. Think Henry Miller and Edmund White's book of the same name.

I spent nearly 3 months researching Paris and trying to find a suitable hotel or B&B. I was hoping to find a gay owned or gay friendly B&B - well, am I glad I chose B&B Paris Marais! Yann and Rob, our hosts, were AMAZING, so friendly and eager to assist (altough they didn't see much of us, as we spent each day out until 10pm!) Breakfast was fabulous: croissants, a french loaf and the most wonderful coffee, selection of jams and juice. The room was superb, done up in Designers Guild wallpaper, Terence Conran sheets, simply devine! We had our own private bathroom just outside our bedroom. SO centrally located (10min walk to Notre Dame), with a metro station literally outside the door, we found that everything was so accessable from here. The B&B only has one room for guests, so you're pretty much on your own. It's very quiet and peaceful. I don't think our Paris trip would have been the same if we'd stayed anywhere else. I can't thank Yann and Rob enough for their assistance with all our questions, for being so friendly and helpful. They are the best. B&B Paris Marais is the best! I won't stay anywhere else should I ever find myself in Paris again!!!…
