The hotel is obviously a legend, but I choice a standard room which was a big error, actually completely waste of money. BUT the restaurant’s at the hotel, the service level from the staff, the breakfast the champagne bar.... amazing made me forget the disappointing room. more

There is nothing special about this hotel and for the money they charge there should be. Our suite had shabby furniture, was tired looking and had a noisy clocked that ticked all night long and kept us awake. Stayed here for a few days in June. Cannot find any fault with the service, the rooms are fine, and location is perfect if you plan to do a lot of shopping- Chanel, Bottega, and Celine are just across the street. Pleasant hotel in the right location, with the right atmosphere. Junior art deco suites are small, narrow, french 18th Century's are a bit more spacious. Room staff are very nice, staff downstairs spoiled thus rather nosy. Good pastries, correct breakfast, good bistro Le Relais. What a nice hotel! Excellent and discrete staff who go the extra mile to assist you with any request you may have. Room service (food) was exemplary, so was the suite/room with all its amenities. Best of all howeever, was seeing the Eifel tower from the small balcony of the room. Who needs to go outside? Anyone should try it... more
