The staff was incredible! They knew us by name at check-in, they offered recommendations for dinner and entertainment that were unbelievable. The breakfast each morning was to die for! My wife and I booked a Premier Room for 5 nights while visiting Paris and were instantly upgraded to the Executive Suite upon arrival.
