Their website and room photos accurately describes rooms, amenities, and options. Staff was very courteous, helpful and responsive. Fri, Sat and Sun Night desk person was the only negative. Like talking to a post. However, the Mon night desk person was great. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there each trip to Paris.

They were very, very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. Very large bathroom. Helped me find transportation to and from the Eiffel Tower, Arch d' Triomphe, Champs-Elysées etc. Would definitely stay there again.
