Location, location, location. Just around the corner from the Metro. We walked to the Eiffel tower, the Hotel National des Invalides, and the Rodin Museum. Just great. We booked online for 3 nights but never got any confirmation. We emailed twice to get confirmation and never got a response, so we stayed somewhere else. Then we got billed for staying here even though we never did. We disputed with the credit card company and still had to pay. more

Pros: there is a lift, sporadic aircon, it's cheap and it's in a good tourist location close to the Eiffel Tower. Cons: shabby, cramped, could do with refurbishment or at least a good clean, no kettle in the room, sporadic aircon.
