I was bitten 45 times in two nights in the D'Artagnan (and that was in two different rooms)! The rooms were pretty clean and tidy, but absolutely riddled with bedbugs, and my roommate said that it was standard in all the rooms of this hostel. Some would argue that a cheap place to stay in Paris is an oxymoron. This hostel comes as close as any to disproving such a notion. The management isn't the most organized or efficient in the world, but they do try to be helpful. I found the place clean; then again, I was in a private room with my boyfriend.... more

the hostel is very dusty and filthy, the beds arent clean, and are far to small, the food there is the same, its terrible, but there's a bakery and a mc donalds, and a italian restaurant there so food should'nt be a prob more
