I have no criticism. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and attractive (I like the hotel's decor) and the breakfast was very good. I like the location and easy access to the Metro. I've have stayed here 3 times and have enjoyed my stay every time. I will stay here again.

Friendly staff but ... Very noisy even if i was on the 4th floor. I could hear my neighboors and the street with wondows closed. Room not really clean, in bad condition, unconfortable bed, one small elevator one person, ... i won't go back!

Maybe this hotel had some good winners in the past but that was a long time ago. The carpet, furniture etc are not well maintained. Its simply being used and has stains everywhere. Very quaint and basic. This hotel has the smallest elevator I've ever been in - it takes 2 people and 2 suitcases then its full!
