The Hotel is really nice, very fancy and characteristic. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was large, comfortable, elegant and silent. By the way the most enjoiable part of the Hotel is the garden... very romantic and parisien.... Loved it. more
We were thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. The room we had was small and had a thin interconnecting door to another room where we could hear every word they said. What's more the lights were not working. When we complained to the hotel staff, they could only offer us a suite as an alternative and made us pay for the... more
This is an expensive hotel which sells itself on it 's "Jardins" and its' location in the Marais (not really even in the Marais proper actually). Not good enough. The rooms are impossibly small and poorly set up. Bathrooms are miniscule and hallways almost illegaly narrow. The aircon is a device stuck in your room that takes up half the... more
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They provided excellent customer service. The room was very adequate for three people and the location was very pleasant. Breakfast was a little expensive, but very good. I would expect, however, that breakfast would be included in a hotel at this level. I would stay again on a future visit to Paris. more
I just came back from a long weekend in Paris. Les Jardins du Marais was a relaxing, clean hotel. From the moment we walked in the front door we were greeting by hotel staff that spoke English and handled our check in smoothly. The courtyard was beautiful, bright colored flowers and lots of outdoor seating, very relaxing after a long... more
Easy to get to (2 metro lines), easy to book online, nice service, pleasant little courtyard between the multiple buildings. We stayed only one night. Small room, as is the European norm. more
Well the only criticism I have on this hotel is that it is way closer to the Bastille than to the Marais. Depending on the goal of your visit, it remains OK located. It is a really nice hotel laid out around a very large pleasant and quiet patio. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room was ok, with... more
The hotel consists of several buildings along a former street in the marais. The street is now a dead end street and converted in a courtyard for the hotel, which is very nice, but sometimes noisy at night when you have a room at the courtyard side. It's a large hotel with different groups of clients, like businesspeople, tourists, teenagergroups... more
I stayed at Jardins du Marais on a business trip. The location was excellent, being close to multiple metros and the Marais. Check-in was very smooth and quick, with cheerful and helpful staff. The rooms are nothing to write home about in terms of decor but are clean and have a sense of space. There is also a wifi connection... more
