Oh my goodness..this cant even be called a hotel...It was worse than the squat out of the film just married! Im 17 and it was my first holiday without my parents. As a group of 3 girls we felt very unsafe in this hotel. We first arrived and just laughed when we saw the room ad it was just horrific..It... more

This hotel doesn't even merit a rating. Fire exits and extinguishers are non-existent, dingy corrridors, sheets with some strands of hair from previous occupants. To add insult, toilet roll, half-used probably from the last 2 occupants. Worse, some groaning and moaning can be heard from the next room, not even an ear plug can drown out the nightmare audio. They... more

Let me first warn other travellers, thinking of visiting Paris in the summer! The temperature often reaches 30-35 degrees Celsius (86-95F) in July (when we were there), & it's just too much when you want to spend the day exploring the vast city by feet. Let March-April or September-October be the months of your choice instead! Climate is much similar... more

This hotel has a good location because you have the underground station near the hotel, but the services that the hotel offers are very poor. The decoration and the furniture was very old, and the breakfast was so poor. Instead, if you want a cheap hotel in Paris situated in a good district, this would be a good option. more

Please, please, believe me and avoid this hotel: it's really, really bed: filthy bedrooms, everything is broken, tiny bathrooms, windows didnt' close properly and it was winter and the radiator was broken....what is more: they made us pay more than dealed in the reservation and they don't want to give our money back. SIMPLY CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. more

please avoid this place. the rooms are not clean, the bathrooms not working. It is the kind of hotel where when you get in you think 'well is the hotel open'? It is just next to hotel bristol (same owner). It is really a shame because it havs a superb location and with a bit of money invested this palce... more

Ok so I have stayed in many budget hotels in Paris and this was, well a bit rubbish. Things that had been advertised like a hair dryer didnt exist, we had to "go buy one" joked one of the many male receptionists, hilarious I thought false advertising can be just hilarious. You had to walk up a flight of stairs... more

This was an absolute stinker of a place. I had initially booked a room at the Hotel Saint-Severin in the Latin Quarter but was told that there was no room available for me and was directed to this place. I should have trusted my instincts but since I was only booked for a night, I decided to stay on. The... more

i'm glad to see the hibiscus is getting its justly deserved criticism. we stayed there over the 2000 millenium and apparently things have not improved. we also had one of the wall view rooms which ordinarily wouldn't have bothered us as we spend little time in the room. but coupled with the overall gloom and dinginess of the tiny room,... more
