The nicest thing about the hotel is the reception which has obviously been done up quiet recently as it is all quiet new and modern looking. We arrived from the Eurostar at 1pm and were asked to take a seat and wait until 2pm for our room to be ready. It was some time after 2pm that we were actually... more

We booked this hotel thru Eurostar because it looked trendy and modern and had internet access. When we checked in they told us there had been a problem with our booking and tried to send us to their other hotel which was smoky and grubby and had no internet access. They offered us breakfast as consolation and then denied all... more

Optimistically termed a 3star hotel, this is really a one or two star. We booked this as a Eurostar package from the UK. Getting there was OK - a brisk 5min walk from Malesherbes Metro station. Friendly reception. Sat around with about 4 other couples in the breakfast room/ lounge (about the size of a double bedroom) until EXACTLY 2pm,... more

The hotel rooms are very small and not modern. The only modern area is the breakfast lounge and reception where you never spend anytime there anyway. The breakfast was horrible and the Staff were really rude. We stayed there two nights and on the second night we came home at around 12am to find our door to our room wide... more

We stayed here at the end of April for three nights. The reception/breakfast area are clean and modern. You then get into a tiny old fashioned lift to small, clean(ish) rooms. Shower only in the bathroom which was dated and had cracked tiles etc not horrendous but not great either. Room smelt of cigarettes. Grotty blankets on the very uncomfortable... more

We recently stayed for 5 days at the glasgow (May 2008). It was suggested by our travel agent so we checked out trip advisor about the hotel. The pictures seemed nice & the reviews werent bad... Well, its located in a very quiet area of paris (in the 17th district, kinda north west of the city) . Its within 5... more

We wanted a hotel not too far from the centre that was just somewhere for us to sleep that was cheap and cheerful. Hotel Glasgow was clean, had a modern breakfast room and friendly staff. The rooms were tiny, which didn't bother us, but the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. We arrived near... more

Stayed in the Hotel Glasgow in February 2008 and found it to be acceptable. The breakfast area is clean and modern but I found the rooms to be on the small side. The hotel does not do evening meals but there are bar/bistros just a minutes walk away. All in all I would stay here again. more

We arrived at the hotel after being in London for 4 days. We arrived an hour before check-in and we were told we could not check-in before 2 (not that there weren't any available rooms, but that we could not check-in until 2). The room is small, even by European standards. The bed is not all that comfortable. There are... more

Just back from our stay here,I have nothing but praise for this small but perfect hotel. The staff and service & the rooms were exceptional for the price - breakfast was ideal too. We'll definately be back before too long. It's quite out the way but once you get a feel for the metro it's not an issue. Apart from... more
