Stayed at the Hotel Flaubert with my mum in July 2009, booked this hotel based on the reviews on trip advisor and also on recommendation of the travel agent. After an eary start and an experience on the metro, we arrived at the hotel just after 2pm and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. We had one of their garden... more

Have just returned from a City Break in Paris and stayed at the Hotel Flaubert. It is a small hotel but within easy access to all the attractions and the metro. The hotel itself is a bit dated in parts. We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and being on the first floor it was noisy... more

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The last time was May 2008. Very happy with the hotel in general. Their 2 & 3 stars do not match ours over in the UK. So don't expecttea/coffee facilities in the room. They have breakfast between 7am-1am, that's the only time you can get bevarages from the hotel.... more

We visited Paris for Valentines day in 2005, and although we didnt like Paris itself much this little hotel was fab! It was in a perfect location for the price, we have a lovely room overlooking a beautiful little garden and the breakfast was nice. Its a shame we wont be visiting Paris again, but if we did, we would... more

I have just returned from a work trip to Paris. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found it to be good value for money. The room was small, but perfectly adequate, given that I spent most of the day out and about. The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.... more

Just back from a shortbreak in Paris. Stayed overnight in hotel Flaubert, which is situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, nearby Place de Ternes. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées are at walking distance. Difficult to find a better situation. The hotel offers what it says to offer: small but tidy rooms, cleansiness, friendly an helpfull staff.... more

Myself and partner wanted our first romantic visit to paris to be very special. We were on a budget being it was my birthday. We booked through our local agent and it never came cheap for the weekend including flight package and something nice in the room on our arrival for my birthday. When we arrived we were greated miserably,... more

The location of the Flaubert in Paris is fantastic. Walking distance to the Arc de Triompe and public transport, restaurants and everything else in Paris. Our room was a little small for 3 adults but we only needed for sleeping. The breakfast was absolutely the best, plenty of fresh fruit, croissants and bread, cereal, juice and tea and delicious coffee.... more

This hotel is the perfect example of 'You get what you pay for'. The public areas were simple, clean and comfortable but if your looking for some luxury then your going to have to pay a bit more for it. The rooms were basic to the extreme, the carpet in my particular room was badly stained, there was a fan... more

just spent two nights at the Flaubert. Room was small but clean. got a good rate from the hotel of 90 euros per night, inclusive of all taxes, etc. (but not breakfast which we did not take for the 9 extra euros). location is great; a quick walk to the Termes metro station on line 2 and not much further... more
