Le Claridge Champs-Elysées, built in 1914 right on the Champs-Elysées Avenue, has been witness to a century of political and romantic history of France. Secrets kept forever behind the walls of this legendary palace which has welcomed so many stars. A century later, Le Claridge Champs Elysées and its facade became listed French historical monuments, entering into the world of the most beautiful hotel residences in the world. The renovation changed this historical establishment into a contemporary, elegant Parisian residence. Spacious and comfortable, the110 Suites and apartments offer an exceptional view of the Champs Elysées Avenue or the peaceful patio of the residence. The blend of black and beige in the wall-to-wall carpeting evoke the black and white checkered pattern of the Parisian townhouses and the play of blue bands painted on the walls creates a unique ambiance. Wild silk curtains, velvet chairs, wool rugs and leather bring back the luxury of Claridge’s past glory. This is a new era for the Claridge Champs Elysées which, in 2006, joined the prestigious Fraser Suites collection.

Hotel's Favourite
Our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children ages 9 & 6, spent six nights in mid August at Fraser Suites Champs Elysees. We were in room 601, which is a 2 bedroom suite with a courtyard view. We loved everything about this hotel; the location, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness were all notable. We arrived to the resort around 1pm on a Wednesday and our room was available in about 40 minutes. Our room was immaculate, spacious and well air conditioned. The carpet does show some wear and could use a shampoo in some areas, but carpet in general is tough to maintain in hotels so visible wear was understandable. Housekeeping was provided daily. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept like babies after walking 7-9 miles daily! We thoroughly enjoyed our terrace overlooking the courtyard, it was so peaceful and a lovely place to read a book, or enjoy breakfast in the morning. Location was optimal. We utilized the metro, and the Franklin D Roosevelt stop is a short walk from the entrance. There is also a Tootbus stop right outside hotel. We enjoyed having Patisserie Louis which had just opened the day we arrived, a short work from hotel as we would often pick up some pastries and baked goods to eat in the morning. All staff we encountered at friend desk, luggage services, doormen, and housekeeping were friendly and professional. They were all also English speaking (though we always greeted them in French!). We appreciated having free access to laundry onsite. Our only disappointment during the stay was the hotel breakfast which was just okay for the cost. We are still reflecting on our amazing experience overall in Paris, and Le Claridge Fraser Suites is certainly a part of our unforgettable, magical journey. We loved Paris, and can't wait to return some day and when we do Fraser Suites will be where we call home once again.

Wonderful hotel. Centrally located within walking distance (30 mins) of the major sites. Staff were friendly and check in was quick. Reception is on 1st floor. The room was spacious as was the bathroom although the shower head was poor. The room showed some signs of aging. Breakfast was the standard fare. I found the breakfast room a little small but the food was good. Overall a lovely stay and well recommended.

I stayed here at the beginning of September with my 9 year-old daughter as a special girls trip and we could not be happier that we chose this hotel. From making reservations through email to check-in and departure, everyone was kind and helpful and I always a lot of questions as this is my first time traveling with my young daughter alone without the rest of the family. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite overlooking the courtyard. We chose the least expensive option but were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated and felt like home. The colors were cheerful and unlike a lot of big chain hotels, to me, the room felt like home and more boutique. We had French doors leading to a small balcony which gave us fresh outside air when we wanted it and I loved that the bath products were l’Occitane. I didn’t realize they also had a kitchenette, which was so convenient because sometimes we didn’t want to leave early for breakfast or we wanted to be able to take leftovers back to the hotel from the restaurant we ate at for dinner. The hotel is close to everything and walkable to many shops and food. The only thing that was a little stressful was the city is doing construction up front on the sidewalk in preparation for the Olympics so getting to our Uber or Bolt was a challenge. But we ended up just taking a shortcut through the mall next door and catching the ride share from the quieter street. Easy-peasy. Leaving the hotel also left a lasting impression on me. The front desk woman (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) and the bellmen were all so very helpful and kind to me and my daughter and offered to help get our 7 bags out of our hotel room, and she secured a big enough car for us and our many bags to travel to the airport. They made sure we were comfortable and offered us beverages as we waited . This is our second time in Paris and first time at Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysées. But I will absolutely stay here again.

We are thrilled to hear that every step of your experience, from reservations to departure, was met with kindness and assistance. Choosing the Deluxe Suite with a courtyard view was a wonderful decision, and we're thrilled you found it to be a comfortable and welcoming space. It's fantastic to hear that the room's decor and ambiance felt like a boutique haven. We take pride in offering a unique, homely atmosphere. Discovering the kitchenette's convenience for your breakfast and dining needs was a pleasant surprise, and we're delighted it added an extra layer of comfort to your stay. It's wonderful that you were able to make the most of this amenity. Our front desk team, along with our bellmen, are truly dedicated to ensuring our guests have a seamless departure experience. 1st let me say I did not pick this hotel, our travel agent did. She stated she would not recommend anything less than a 4 star rated hotel. She stated she has had many of her clients stay here with great success. She was able to get us a much cheaper rate than if we had made the arrangements ourselves and I am grateful for that. That being said, they do not provide a secured internet, our shower head holder was broken (fixed after our 1st night) ice is not readily available. Only one water was provided for 2 guests and the refrigerator did not make the water very cold. I should have known to ask more questions. So I take some blame but she also knew this was our 1st trip overseas and could have explained a bit more. So although some of this is directed towards her I also believe this particular hotel is only rated 4 stars because of the location (near Le Arc de Triumph)

The loaction is only postive for this hotel. It says it is a 5 star hotel. This can be at best 3 star or even less. Many 3 star hotels are much nicer than this. i've noticed poor maintenance of rooms. I should give it to them that any request was taken care of eventually if not promptly. Also apart from above, I lost my whole laundry which had some new shirts and trousers too. When asked, I was told they are not responsible for lost laundry. They procrastinated on showing the cc tv footage until my last day of stay. They were not even willing to show the footage completely citing privacy reasons. They promised to get back after they have reviewed. I haven't heard from them even after three weeks. But this incident is not a factor for the 2 star review though. if this is factored then it would be a 1 star.

We spent 3 nights here at Le Claridge and were so glad we chose this hotel. Initially, we were apprehensive, given the less than mediocre reviews I had read here in Tripadvisor; there were quite a spate of 1 or 2 star reviews a while back during and post Covid times, complaining of worn-out carpet, furniture, smell, inefficient housekeeping and rude staff. But our experience couldn't have been more positive and pleasant. Of course, the location is the star attraction here, but aside from this, we found our one bedroom suite very spacious (we were a family of 4), clean, and the presence of a well-equipped kitchen was invaluable for light meal preparation and most of all, the housekeeping excellent, the last of which was a relief because of some negative reviews. There was always ample towels for 4 and toiletries (L'occitane) were also replenished generously every day. Yes, the rooms are not exactly modern nor cutting-edge, particularly the bathroom, which showed signs of aging and shoddy renovation work and my biggest gripe - the isolated stand-alone toilet cubicle without a sink is really a big let down in these older buildings. Isolated because it was far from the bathroom where one would obviously need the sink after using the toilet - you have to cross the entire living room to get there! Our suite overlooked the beautiful inner courtyard but it seemed under utilised even during lovely summer mornings over breakfast time. Apart from the rather curt doorman who did not want to help us try to hail a cab to the airport, all other staff were pleasant and courteous.
