Recently stayed at the Hotel Rochester in Paris. We had the pleasant surprise of an upgrade to a suite. It was beautiful The staff is very friendly and helpful. All spoke English. The bartender, Vincent, was very friendly and professional. The Hotel is in an ideal location just steps from the Metro. I will absolutely recommend it to my friends. more

Nevermind what anyone says about the French. We were a group on 5 nonFrench speaking Americans yet the staff at this magnificent hotel went above and beyond what was required of them. The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were nice sized. The only main issue was we got charged for some items from the mini-bar we didn't take... odd ... but the hotel did fix it after we asked more

We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was well-appointed, clean and quiet. The hotel is only 1/2 a block from a Metro stop, and five minutes walk from the Champs-Elysees. Fantastic location! more
