If you dream of fashionable cafes, beautiful boulevards, enticing patisserie shops, basking in the Parisian ambiance and coming home to reminisce in comfortable room, then stay the hell away from this place. This was one of the biggest mistakes made on our 7 month trip. I don’t think you will need to ask why after you have looked at our... more

I went to Paris this month and had the opportunity to stay in this hotel. It was very well appointed with silverware, plates, pots, stove, powerful stereo system. It was very clean, the staff is very friendly, speak English. The location is in a quite residential area with no traffic noise. more

stayed there five nights from 27/09 to 02/10 (room 32). lovely staff (his name arthur) extremely polite and willing to help. our room had a double sofa bed - the only disadvantage, but i had read about it in the internet so i was prepared. no problem to sleep. sheets were clean and pillows quite good actually. handy kitchen and... more

The pillows were terrible, room was clean, handy kitchen. we had a pull out couch made into a bed. overall the hotel location is close to Gare de Lyon, would I stay there again, no. the bed was the main issue. It reminded me of the holiday Inn. more

I'd stayed at the Citadines Tour Eiffel in 2002, and that had me spoiled for a spacious room with balconette and kitchen in a chic part of town. The Citadines Austerlitz had none of that charm - BUT it offered a very good value, albeit for a very plain room (but if you're like me, you're not in Paris to... more

I am an Australian who has just returned from staying at the Citadines Austerlitz in Paris. I stayed with a small group , 10 of us altogether, 4 adults and 6 older teenagers. I booked the accommodation over the internet from Australia and was answered within 4 hours in English. I haven't seen any reviews of this type of accommodation... more

The hotel was a bit older, but still clean and nice. The kitchen was useful for us since we were traveling with our 6 month old baby. The rooms were quiet and the large studio was spacious enough for us. The bed was a fold out but was comfortable enough. They supplied a crib (not to US standards but fine)... more

The Citadines apartments are fine: sparkling clean and comfortable spacious rooms with all the facilities you could need - but don't arrive on a Sunday night. Our first dinner in Paris, centre of gastronomic excellence, was at an very ordinary Chinese restaurant because nothing else is open nearby. Also, if you're relying on those cute little nearby shops for supplies... more

The Citadines are charming Apartment/Hotels located in Europe including; Berlin, Brussels, London, Barcelona. They naturally have the most locations in France where they are headquartered with seventeen locations in Paris and twenty more throughout France. The apart/hotels go from studio size to two bedroom apartments and include many features such as cleaning and pressing, coffee shops, baby amenities, room safes,... more
