Small rooms, very noisy on road side and loud pedestrians at night, nothing really to recommend this hotel other than location. Poor service, no bar, quite pricey as well. I needed a night between trains, somewhere near Gare de l'Est. I knew the neighborhood would not be good and it wasn't! This is not a nice part of Paris. Good - This hotel is close to Nord and ideal for Eurostar. Bad - We give a low rating because of the air conditioning. The hotel advert says air conditioned however if your traveling in early May like we did, try to get an assurance from the hotel for the air conditioning. Used this as a location for the Rugby World Cup. Ideal for the station and metro. Good for sightseeing becasue of location. Rooms were basic and small but good value for money. more

Hotel is located opposite the Paris Gare Du Nord station, easy access from Eurostar. Its location is the only good thing - across the street from Gare Du Nord, although its surrounded by Sex Shops and Adult Video stores.
