The hotel is located approx. 250m from Porte de Montreuil metro station (2 minute walk). From here, it is a 30 minute metro ride to Trocadero metro station which is located next to the Eiffel Tower. stayed for 3 nights close to metro about 1 min walk to station so very easy to get round paris, the hotel was very clean and well priced for paris. had the best nights sleep at a hotel ever so did my partner. would stay here again when next visit paris. more
So the Armstrong is a good hotel if you're on a budget. It's very VERY basic but really if you're in Paris you really just need a clean bed so it works. The hotel was a reasonable rate, in a very good location (really close to metro and shops and on a convenient line). Really close to motorway for easy access to Disneyland. Lovely hotel with a very warm welcome. Cheerful decor especially at the reception where there is an artistic mural. Excellent coffee at breakfast. more
Overall excellent hotel, staff cleanliness and room size great. Breakfast is worth it if you are looking for a light breakie not a full breakfast. Bar prices also good no difference in price to the local bars. Staff all spoke english and helpful in organising anything really taxis, local restaurants, and metro directions more
